Your Program

Choose from the following three locations:
o    Goa, a popular state with beach-side towns on the west coast
o    Udaipur in Rajasthan in west India
o    Sikkim a state in the North East of India bordered by Bhutan, Tibet and Nepal

Following your orientation week, tailor your program to suit your interests and contact us to discuss your opportunities.

Week 1 – Orientation Week: All programs commence with a week-long introduction week. It is the first step for a successful stay in India and is dedicated to getting to know India and meeting other participants. During this time volunteers learn about the "do's & don'ts" of the Indian culture, visit nearby palaces, temples and museums, receive basic yoga, language, cooking lessons and more. You will have time to meet the local people, taste the food and learn about the Indian customs. During this period, volunteers will also be informed in detail about their program and project.

Week 2 onwards: The volunteer placement and projects will be organised individually, according to your preferences. Choose from a range of areas to get involved in, such as working in schools, social projects, health care, ecological or construction. Depending on the placement volunteers may live in host families, local hostels, buddhist monastery or in one of our regional centres. Meals are provided.

Program Fees

Programs start every Monday and are flexible in length. If your preferred program duration is not listed below, feel free to contact us for a personalised quote.
