Unique Teaching Project in Cambodia

WEP Volunteer Abroad is currently on the scout for highly motivated, adventurous, dedicated volunteer teachers or those whom are even studying and are passionate about education. You will be prepared to take on a very challenging project in an isolated Cambodian village outside of Siem Reap, teaching children of all ages in a small village school.

Leading English Teacher / Curriculum Development

Requirements:

Participant's must have some relevant work and/or academic experiences in education and the nouse to help with the work in progress  / development of an English curriculum for teachers at the small school in Svaychey Village. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Australian and Cambodian staff to work towards the long-term success of this school.

The participant would take on a leading role in an exciting project that aims to deliver meaningful English programs to the members of a small Cambodian community. Your presence will provide a wonderful opportunity to the students to have a more experienced teacher on board to not only teach the children but mentor the permanent local teachers on the ground.


Program duration:

Minimum 10 weeks with the option to extend your project while on program, if you have the flexibility to do so.

Included:
administration costs in Australia, accommodation & two meals per day in a local homestay in the village, travel insurance, airport pick-up, preparation, support in Australia and in Cambodia

Not included: flights, visa fees, spending money
